Six-Week Self-Care Journey

Time for You

The world is complicated and changing rapidly. As a caregiver, your loved ones depend on you to guide them through this radical upheaval. Without supportive resources or tools to care for yourself, it’s challenging to meet others’ needs.

Jean Wolfe Powers offers caregivers an empathetic group experience and practical ways to cultivate a sense of well-being and self-care. There has never been a better time to give yourself the care that you give others.

Start this year by learning how to raise your energy and meet your own needs so you can be there for others.

A Supportive Community

An expert-led, intimate group experience designed just for you.

Go on a six-week self-care journey into learning how to be your own best caregiver. Learn a relevant theme each week in the safe, non-judgmental space of like-minded individuals gathered to give each other a sense of community and belonging.

Ask questions, share experiences, and explore self-care practices that…

  • Release you from being everything to everyone
  • See mistakes as lessons; know there is no wrong way
  • Develop a sense of wholeness and peace
  • Shift your belief that time to yourself is selfish
  • Free yourself of guilt and resentment

Meet Jean

Jean has been helping families and individuals experience less stress and greater well-being for over 30 years. In addition to building her thriving practice as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Jean studied “inner child” work under pioneer John Bradshaw. She is a certified meditation instructor from The Chopra Center. Jean teaches energy medicine and healing techniques using the work of Dr. Sue Morter. Also, Jean has facilitated numerous grief and loss support groups. She is also an expert in the field of addictive disorders.

Jean will guide you through six 90-min group sessions. Each week focuses on self-care areas that align you with a feeling of wholeness and explores practices like breathwork, meditation, yoga, or journaling to integrate what you learn physically. The weekly exercises are offerings and not meant to add more to your burden but designed to relieve stress and anxiety.

Learn the tools to get you through. Lean on the energy of the group to carry you.
